I stayed in an Executive Suite. The Happy hour in the Lonuge was a bit of a misnomer. Only cans of soft drinks and a few sparse snacks available, A Happy Hour without alcohol? Why is it Happy!?

The conference was based at the Jin Jiang, so I had no transport problems.

Location is fantastic... Right in the middle of a great part of the city

The "spa" is not a spa at all, but a place for men only. It's completely overpriced and merely a massage centre for lonely business men to enjoy female company. Quite disappointing realisation when all I wanted was a quick sauna and was harassed constantly for other "services" . Be warned!

The staff were extremely helpful with the taxis and giving directions as we dont speak any chinese or knew where we to go, many thanks you made our trip a lot less stressful!

The deposit, as we booked in a rush we didn't know about this and was a bit of a shock when we arrived, felt this was a bit of a hassle and unecessary when they already had my credit card details. Also the unexpected service charge, although small we felt a bit cheated

Great Food and Ideal Location

The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and diverse, catering to both Asian and Western tastes. the hotel was located in a prime spot, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. This made it convenient for me to explore the area during my free time.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. The decor of the room was outdated, and the furniture and carpets showed significant signs of wear and tear.
